 TMW’s TL2000 is a centralized dispatch system that integrates activity from customer service to driver instruction to billing.  This system allows us to provide our drivers and customers with complete information about their load.  

 

All of our trucks are equipped with Qualcomm mobile communication.  This system allows us to provide the most complete information to our drivers in a timely manner. Additionally it allows us to give our customers the most up to date information possible about the status of their load.

Paperwork is processed through Pegasus TransTech’s Document Management system.  Centralized storage of imaged documents ensures fast accurate customer billing and driver payments.  Additionally our employees can instantly access paperwork that allows them to quickly provide information about a load.

 
Our core systems run on IBM’s AS/400.  This platform gives us unparalleled power and reliability.  Its performance assures you that we will be able provide information quickly, and its 99.9% uptime means the information will be available at all times.

 

Safety is the top priority at Cornhusker.  Therefore monitoring our drivers' compliance with federal hours of service regulations is critical.  Scanware's Log Scan product allows us to audit driver logs quickly, accurately, and completely.
TON Services enables Cornhusker's drivers to scan trip related paperwork from any Flying-J Travel Center.  This eliminates the lag time between delivery of the load and access to documents by personnel in the office.
We are able to transmit and receive real-time data to and from our customer using EDI transaction sets.  This data includes load tenders, shipment status and invoicing.

 

Integrated mileage lookups from Rand McNally and PC Miler ensures that we have accurate miles.  Customers will receive accurate pricing and invoicing, and our drivers are paid on accurate routing.

Additionally ALK’s PC Miler/Streets program allows us to give automatically give our drivers door-to-door directions.  The street level, commercial vehicle routing reduces driver frustration and increases on-time performance.
